5. Processing Orders
Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us at arnsteelhouse@yahoo.co.in and we will respond as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within the same date of purchase without any penalty or charge. We don't accept the order cancellation after that. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy. 7. Returns Policy
Contact our customer service team at arnsteelhouse@yahoo.co.in to confirm the Return transaction. We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us during the time of delivery. Replacement will be done within 3 days. Replacement made only within the Ramanathapuram district
8. Refund Policy
Contact our customer service team at arnsteelhouse@yahoo.co.in for Refund related queries. In case of product replacement is not possible then we will refund the amount within 3 working days. In case of cancellation request after shipping then we will refund the amount within 3 working days after the inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will bear all transportation charges, including return shipping and any additional shipping costs for the correct item.
9. Shipping and Delivery
- We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Shipping charges are extra for all orders.
10. Warranties and Liability
