Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within the same date of purchase without any penalty or charge. We don't accept the order cancellation after that.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns Policy

We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us during the time of delivery.
Replacement will be done within 3 days.

In case of product replacement is not possible then we will refund the amount within 3 working days.
In case of cancellation request after shipping then we will refund the amount within 3 working days after the inspection of the returned item.
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will bear all transportation charges, including return shipping and any additional shipping costs for the correct item.
